- About Us
Purimis the holiday of frivolity, laughter, costumes and gift giving. With thisholiday, we celebrate our victory over Haman who preached hatred andintolerance. Purim teaches us that love eclipses hate. We celebrate thatmessage by creating a service of joy and of sending gifts to family andfriends. Purim, not Chanukah, is the traditional Jewish holiday of givinggifts, known as Shlach Manot. Let us all partake in this traditional custom, sending a message of love, acceptance and respect, countering the far too manymessages of hate that we hear in this world today. Let the message of Purimstir us all to be more accepting, respectful and tolerant in all that we do.Happy Purim!
